All sales by Overrated Art Inc. are Final.
In lieu of a refund we will gladly issue a store credit in the form of a Gift Card with no time limit to purchase your next order.
We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order and/or payment, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Changes, prior sale and errors included. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We may need to verify any information you provide before we accept an order. Item availability and prices of all products sold at the overratedart.com site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items. We reserve the right to change the International carrier used to ship an order.
All numbered prints are subject to our 1 per Person policy. It is our intent to make prints available to collectors who intend to enjoy the art for months and years to come. Customers that exceed this limit may have ALL their orders cancelled. If you consistently exceed this limit and/or are suspected of profiteering (ie. Ebay pre-sales) all your orders will be refunded and you will be blocked from future purchases.
SHIPPING DAMGES:
Please note that OVERRATED ART Inc. is not responsible and therefore assumes no liability for any damage occurring during, through or after shipment.
Shipping damage must be reported to the shipping service provider while delivery or within 24 hours after delivery.
Sender and recipient are bound by the terms of service of the shipping providers.
Claims cannot be pursued if these instructions are not followed.
IMPORTANT TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – ADDITIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES:
The shipping charges that are incorporated into your bill automatically from our shopping cart, and reflected in your invoice from us, are for the actual shipping of the item into your country only. Please be aware that each country has its own “Import Duty”, “VAT” for all commercial imports. We cannot assume any responsibility for import fees and therefore these fees are your own responsibility.
Please note: Most shipping companies only make 3 delivery attempts and in most cases will not deliver your package until import fees are paid.
WARNING!
Duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery. We will not refund your order if you refuse to pay the fees to accept your package from delivery agent. If you do not accept your package from it will not be returned to Overrated Art Inc. and may be abandoned of destroyed.
